We're a small, specialist team — not a faceless agency. That's a deliberate choice, and it shapes how we work with every client.
IZone Solutions was founded to close a gap we kept seeing: organisations either got expensive, impersonal agency work, or no technical support at all. We wanted to offer something in between — genuine expertise, delivered by people who explain their thinking and stick around after the project ends.
Alongside our software and consultancy work, we noticed how many people — staff, pupils, volunteers, older adults — are expected to use digital tools and stay safe online without ever being properly shown how. That became our flagship service: accessibility and cybersecurity education that meets people where they are.
Bigger isn't always better. A small team means shorter decision chains, no hand-offs between departments, and people who remember your context from one conversation to the next. You get the judgement of experienced consultants without the overhead of a large agency.
Four ways we support businesses, schools, charities and individuals — from writing code to teaching people how to stay safe online.
Bespoke web and desktop applications, internal tools, and automation for businesses and individuals. We work with you to understand the problem first, then build something that fits how you actually work — not the other way round.
Technology strategy, systems reviews, supplier selection, and practical advice on getting more from the tools you already have. Independent, vendor-neutral recommendations you can actually act on.
Training and awareness programmes that help people use the internet safely and inclusively — covering digital accessibility (WCAG 2.2, assistive technology, legal obligations) and cybersecurity awareness (phishing, passwords, MFA, data protection).

Digital tools are only useful if people can use them safely and confidently. We deliver practical, jargon-free training that helps organisations meet their legal obligations and helps individuals protect themselves online.
We help teams understand accessibility as a practical, everyday skill rather than a compliance checkbox.
Everyday, practical habits that reduce risk — explained without scare tactics or technical jargon.
We fit training around your organisation, not the other way round.
We adapt content, pace and examples to suit the audience in the room.
Tell us about your team, pupils, volunteers or community group and we'll suggest a session that fits.
Tell us a little about what you need and we'll come back to you personally — not with an automated reply.
